Our Big Move..

This year has been a year for adventures, for doing and for making our dreams come true.  As we journey on this wonderful and exciting path to parenthood, we have realised that we are missing some very important people in our lives that we want to share our new adventure with. So, we've made the big decision to leave our little cottage in the country and move to Brisbane in November to be closer to our families.

We have loved our time in Mildura, it's been an amazing experience over the past five years, moving to a small town, knowing not a single soul, starting my first 'real' job and being just the two of us.  Along the way we have met so many amazing people, bought our first house, a new car and added two adorable pets to our little family.  Now as our family grows, it's time to head back to where we came from, this time just a little further north, to begin the next part of our adventure.  Our little cottage will still be here, if we decide the city life isn't quite for us down the track.. But for now, we are so excited to be making the journey home to our families and we are focusing on all the wonderful moments ahead.

Much Love

  3. Wow, that's huge! But you'll be glad for the support from your families when you have your bub. I am always in awe of people who move around because I've been in the same home for 13 years! Hope it is an easy transition. :)

  15. Once we have children we realise how important it is to be close to our families! I miss mine so so much...And need them a lot at times to help with Tullula, but mine is very far from the sunshine coast I live on! I thus totally understand your move! Good luck with the move!
