Winter Reading.. Inside Out

What could be more perfect than breakfast in bed on a Sunday morning.. having a gorgeous magazine to enjoy with your tea and croissant of course.  The July-August issue of Inside Out features an eclectic mix of global intior style, novel idea for bookcase designs and an eye catching round up of the annual Milan design week.  It is the perfect way to begin a creative Sunday.  Here are a few of my favourite articles...

Nestled in the Marais district, Vanessa Bruno's chic Parisian apartment mirrors the fashion designer's effortless elegance.  By juxtaposing strong timber beams and polished oak floors with sweet, welcoming pastels and feminine embroidered cushions, Vanessa creates a home which reflects a soft, quiet oasis in the bustling city.

In need of a bookshelf? Susan Hurley offers some inspiring ideas for organising your library that are far from your average pine shelf.  Think climbing frames, tree branches, magical transforming chairs. All you need to do is add your favourite reads.

Melanie Molesworth, one of the UK's busiest stylists creates a unique home full of eclectic pieces, splashes of colour and vintage touches.  With an eye for detail, Vanessa tells a new story around every corner and the pale walls and high ceilings play the perfect backdrop for this Edwardian home's irresistible charm.

Inside Out is a wealth of creative inspiration, just waiting to be explored and the July- August issue makes the perfect weekend companion. is as wonderfully eclectic and the homes inside its pages.  You can find more information about the July- August issue of Inside Out on their website and be sure to check out their fabulous blog and Facebook page for a daily dose of inspiration.

Enjoy breakfast in bed!
I'll be back a little later with Flea Market Finds.

  1. Thanks for the tip. I will look at this one as we I am about to start researching for a new build that we will be doing soon. Time to start collecting and buying house type mags again.
